WebRunners (hereinafter – “We”, “Us”, “Our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard your personal data when you visit our website https://www.webrunners.lt/ (hereinafter – the “Website”).
We act as the data controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and the Republic of Lithuania Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data.
1. What personal data do we collect?
- Technical data (collected automatically): IP address, browser type and version, operating system, date and time of visit, pages viewed, time spent on the site (server logs and, if used, anonymised analytics).
- Contact data (when you provide it): name, email address, message content (via contact form or email).
We do not collect any special categories of personal data (e.g. health, racial origin, political opinions).
2. How do we collect your data?
- Automatically – through server logs and cookies (see below).
- Directly from you – when you send a message via the form or email.
3. For what purposes and on what legal basis do we process your data?
- To ensure the functioning and security of the Website → legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To handle and respond to contact / enquiry messages → your consent or steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) or (b) GDPR).
- To improve the Website (statistics) → legitimate interest (if minimal analytics are used, e.g. anonymised Google Analytics).
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
4. To whom do we disclose your data?
Your data is not sold or otherwise commercially transferred. We may share it with:

- Analytics data – up to 14–26 months (depending on tool settings).
After this period, data is deleted or anonymised.
